Exchange and Return Policy
Return and Exchange Policy for the Website:
- Purchases made through the website can only be returned or exchanged through the same website.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full purchase amount within 24 hours from the date and time we receive your request, after applying the terms and conditions.
- If you change your mind within 10 days from the date and time you received the order, we will be pleased to assist you by exchanging your order and helping you choose a suitable alternative, after applying the terms and conditions.
Return and Exchange Terms – For Website Purchases:
- Eyewear must be free from misuse, such as scratches, etc.
- The contact lenses box must not be opened; if a manufacturing defect is found upon opening, a return or exchange will be accepted.
- The exchange must be of equal or higher value than the previous order.
- Voucher purchases cannot be refunded in cash.
- You can exchange a product for multiple products and pay the difference, if any.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping the order and returning it to Alduliman Optics.
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.
- Purchases of discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Purchases can only be returned or exchanged once per order.
- After receiving the returned order and confirming that the conditions have been met, the value of the returned order will be added to your account with us if you paid by cash on delivery. If you paid through online payment services such as (Visa / MasterCard / American Express), the amount will be refunded to the same card account used, and the refund process will take between 5 to 20 business days.
